What data we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash) when you create an account, plus business profile details you choose to add.
Business tool data: when you connect tools such as email, calendar, or CRM accounts, TwinFlow receives the access needed to perform the actions you request. We only access what you authorize and never sell your data.
Browser credentials: if you use browser automation, login credentials you save are stored encrypted and used only to complete the tasks you assign.
Usage data: activity logs, agent run history, and analytics about how you use the platform, used to improve reliability and support.
How we use your data
We use your data to run your account, execute the AI agents and workflows you request, send outreach emails on your behalf, and provide support. We also use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.
Third-party services
TwinFlow relies on trusted providers for infrastructure, AI models, email delivery, and data enrichment. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under their own privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Browser credentials are encrypted before storage. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your rights
You can access, export, or correct your data from your account settings at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, email us and we will process it within 30 days.
Cookies
TwinFlow uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to sell your data to advertisers. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
