How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing in your account settings and cancel. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from Billing. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How do AI agents and outreach work?
You describe a goal and TwinFlow AI agents research, draft, and act on your behalf. You review and approve outreach before anything is sent.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Browser credentials you save are encrypted before storage, and access to systems is restricted and audited.
Can I get a refund?
We do not refund the current billing period, but you can cancel so you are not charged again. If something went wrong, email us and we'll look into it.
