Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account.

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, your selected plan begins and your payment method is charged. Plans renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.

You agree not to use TwinFlow AI to send spam, to send outreach to people who have opted out, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with email laws such as the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and any other rules that apply to your outreach. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

TwinFlow AI generates output using AI models. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content or outreach before it is sent. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for your purpose.

TwinFlow AI is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
